I’ve found myself doing some easier options in bootcamp lately. Maybe I’m a kind of tired that I don’t quite recognize. Maybe I’m scared of making my hip worse. Whatever it’s about, I don’t like it. So I decided to bring it today. Hard to get up and go when there was a pile of warm kitties on my lap. Hard to face the cold, wet raw weather. But I used the drive to join our awesome, hardy little all-weather, all-season bootcamp community to find my way back to giving ‘er this morning. Running to the next station to start on or before the word go, never stopping before the word stop, adding in extra challenge. Booyah. Earned my second breakfast and kitty warms reward.
