On the really cold days, bootcamp just wipes me. Perhaps it’s the body burning up too many calories just trying to stay warm, not leaving enough to fuel my usual attack at the workout. After a hot shower when I get home, I can barely keep my eyes open long enough to finish my pancakes. Grateful that I don’t usually have anywhere to be or anything I really need to do because that couch is mighty comfy for a long afternoon nap.
